yeah GC's bass fucks super hard on this. Love the part at the end of The Infinite End where it gets really synthy and melodic and you can really feel the bass bumpin, the drum track as the track closes out is great too

Coming back to the idea, the ending trio of Mortality Sorrow-In Your Shadow-The Infinite End is like a clinic on how a proper sludge bass should sound like. There's nothing like it. Not sure if he still pulls it off with just a HM-2 and Ampeg SVT but it's just fucking gargantuan.

This one is growing on me hard this year. Even the middle stretch that I though of as filler before now holds my attention well. I wish they kept the mixing and Ben's bass sound this one has on Purge.
