It’s a dream pop album that is one 35 minute song, same tempo the whole time, lots of solid melodic motifs that repeat and disappear and then come back etc. I never gave it too much of a chance, but it’s huge on rateyourmusic. The band is not well known otherwise. I think it’s overrated in Internet communities

The singer is one of those guys I wish didn’t die (I think it was in like ‘98 and he was in his 30s?) tho. Just one of those voices where you’re like, “Seems like it must be attached to a fundamentally good guy”. Ok that first sentence is tongue in cheek but I guess I was conveying that he died to DDD. RIP!
