There's a song on here called Sheriff of Weed too
Imagine telling someone you're listening to "Sheriff of Weed" by Tragic Mulatto from their album Hot Man Pussy

excuse my raised-in-the-streaming-era talk, but how do you get it on vinyl without having heard it before?

“ Rich lips that twitch with the promise of bitch..”
This feels Shakespearean

Albums that I know to be/expect to be around a '9/10+' are what I like to collect and listen to on vinyl for the most part, the first album was pretty amazing and this was cheap. Sometimes I'll buy something on vinyl I've never heard of and take a gamble. If I ever regret it I just sell them. I go to a little local vinyl shop that I get a lot of stuff. Everything he sells is factory sealed and underpriced so I'm not too afraid of picking something random up from there sometimes. The music the guy doesn't like, like this or any metal, he just sells at really low generic prices to get rid of them lol

That's the way to do it. Back when I collected, all the best shit was mixed in with the trash because it wasn't made by a recognizable name.

i wish i had these kinds of shops around me. all i have are some overpriced corporate retailers or like two stores where the folks running it know everything like they were Discogs mods or sth, so their prices are pretty accurate. can't go around spending my salary on vinyl sadly

Yeah, that part of my life is officially over.
Now, CDs? That's still fair game. I'll go destitute and live in my car for some CDs.
