Coordinates is so fucking good, that melodic bridge/part that starts around 3:00 is heavenly

I think the first interlude is the better of the two in Coordinates, though I feel like it's the best song on the record overall. Or at least the most novel/interesting. The second one seems superfluous, and is that sort of copy-paste jazzy interlude that they tend to just stick into songs without rhyme or reason.

this aint as good as the last two records. still solid though. as always though, it's too long. i really wish they'd cut ten minutes off their records. they're not a band that need hour plus albums.

Honestly, I feel like there are enough good ideas for maybe 5 tracks (two of which would be Coordinates and Carbon Copy). This really should have been an EP. Most of the tracks are essentially like 90% the same thing with different flourishes to set them apart.
Upon listening again, that bridge section in Coordinates is nice musically, but isn't really consistent with the rest of the track and really kills the crazy momentum the track is building immediately before. I think it would work better if it was omitted entirely and the track was just one big crescendo.
