No, this album can’t possibly be as bad as Feel or Madness....can it? I mean Feel was exceptionally bad for its piss poor production and rushed songwriting, but at least it’s bad enough to laugh at it or ironically enjoy it for its inept broken songwriting. And Madness has at least 2 or 3 good songs on it while the rest were straight up boring and/or irritating to the point where you’d want to shoot the band members for such awful lyrics (I’m talking to YOU “Better Off Dead”). The production was decent though, guess John Feldmann knew what to do with Sleeping With Sirens as compared to Stick To Your Guns and We Came As Romans.

But now we got the worst of BOTH albums. Lazy songwriting and shitty lyrics that can be compared to the most bogged down lyrical content of a mainstream pop artist’s discography. What a pitiful end to a band that was never great to begin with (besides their second album and even their first album to an extent).

Well to be fair...

1) Kris Crummett pretty much confirmed it'll be most of the album like this new track on Twitter, and considering how well The Dead Days turned out... yeah I'm inclined to believe him.

2) this album was near-entirely influenced by their record label. They had very little input on the sound. That's why this shit's doodoo.

the newest track was okay... until they made a build up lead back into the chorus which killed any interest i had in the song
