Speaking of which, I saw a post that the band was hanging out again. I don't expect that they were doing anything other than that, but it was nice to see after all the problems.

I get hanging it up, but I can't help wondering what a demo dump with all proceeds going to organizations combatting women's abuse would do for the band’s image and fan's sense of closure alike. It wouldn't have to come with any formal announcement or admission, just a gesture of good will that would end their career on a slightly less negative note.
That said, Lacey is a perfectionist and probably would hate releasing something unfinished (at least on purpose). So I doubt it will ever happen even though it's clearly the correct PR move.
