Ehh, I liked Infinite Death, but they have gotten pretty generic since then. CJ's vocals are far too monotonous for me to really get excited about. Check out Shadow of Intent or AngelMaker if you want some real death metal.

Was this review written by a non-native English speaker?
It's not to shit on an otherwise interesting review, but it does stick out a bit given myself and many others here are native speakers.

The album is pretty good, good mix of the DM and Deathcore influences. I do feel that some of the songs have a samey tempo and feel this time round. But they are solid songs so it's nitpicking I guess.

Have had the chance to have a few more listens now. It's heavy and hits hard and definitely a progression on Holy War. I am still preferring Shadow of Intent and Aversions Crown albums for best two in this genre of music this year.
