That's a good review. Certain early songs like "Animal" hinted at a more multi-faceted Kesha. We really hear it on Rainbow. Her voice strains at times, but that actually helps keep the album feeling real.

Leaning towards genuinely good. Disregard my rating because I AM showing bias with it. Really unexpected for a pop record, nice change of pace for a solo album vs what other artists have been doing, genuinely fun and heartfelt, has some bangers and has slow moments that work well in the album context.

Idk I think theres a difference between being able to listen to some tracks off this album and actually consider them songs to listen to as opposed to just disposable trash novelty from an album like Animal which was compromised of music so corny and obnoxious that its only appeal lay in a sort of toxic intrigue.
