yeah cleans don’t feel as seamless as they do on here, and the guitarwork is pretty boring outside of a couple spots. was rly hoping they’d keep pushing their sound after this album but seems like they’re just following modern mxc tropes

First listen was very interesting. Damn Sean shines here (Dead Plains). Some tracks are yet to reveal their strenght (Fireworks) but it's loaded with riffs and emotion. The spoken words at the end of Save Yourself is a but too much but it's nicely written.
The botch reference in the beginning with the lyrics and riffs of Afghamistam is a golden nuts.
