Reflektor is their fourth best and miles ahead of this embarrassment. What were they thinking with these singing performances and lyrics.. hard to believe this is the same band that wrote Funeral and The Suburbs.

Please show me, I need to satisfy my morbid curiosity. I mean I enjoy a lot arcade fire's discography and until this effort their discography was pretty solid, but I haven't check the news related to the reactions of the band with the criticism

It's not reactions, it was their promotion leading up to the album release. There's too much shit to sift through now that it's out. Basically they pretended to be hacked by Russians, and made a fake website and fake review shitting on the album, just really embarrassing weird shit like that, and it went on and on for months.
