Nah, Tyler has said on Twitter that the album was always called Flower Boy, so I'm guessing SFFB was just a nickname for whatever reason. And it's not like iTunes couldn't just list it as Scum F*ck Flower Boy...I mean, that's why they did for I Don't Like Shit, I Don't Go Outside.
