@The Intruder

You can also consult my favourite albums, they're mostly prog related too. But Jethro has many lists and much more favourite albums that I have. With the reviews I don't have much time to complete my list. And as he mentioned, there are other prog lovers on Sputnik.

@ Jethro

Thanks for the link, bro. I know some things of Fabio Zuffanti already. I know that he is one of the best and most complete Italian prog artists in these days. Maybe, one of these days, I make a surprise to you.

Cheers too.

Yes bro, Fabio really is a prolific bassman/artist. Beside his solo career, he is a co-founder of Finisterre, La Maschera Di Cera and Hostsonaten among others (I think I named you the most important).

As for my favourite albums, they're mostly prog, but you can also find stoner rock, few metal, alternative, psychedelic, and all the rock subgenres. I compile them since 2008, the year I became a sput member.

Not really Jethro. I am young and I grew up listening to straight usual rock bands. But since I was a kid I was used to listening to bands and artists that my father liked, Beatles, Rolling Stones, Doors, Queen, Bowie, Pink Floyd...But some of them are not totally prog. It was on Sput that I became more used to prog. And both have helped me a lot.

Thanks for your help and I will check those lists.

I have no problem with Italian language or any other. Usually I am more interested with the music than the lyrics. I have read something about those bands of the 70's and some others too. About Finisterre no. Iwill check it soon.

Cheers.

@e21, I came to know Fabio Zuffanti through Finisterre. Then, I've heard about him playing with other prog formations. That's why I know almost all his stuff.

@Intruder, ok great, I see. Your dad has good taste in music!...Since a year or two, Sputnik is no longer progging like before. There was a time where prog was always on the map with lots of reviews and lists about it. It seems these days are gone. Maybe one day there will be a revival...a new generation of proggers...Let's hope.

Cheers to you.

Yeah, let's hope. Meanwhile, it seems I arrived a bit late, bro.

Yeah, you're late for the party, but there still are a few progheads not too far. They come and go, and unfortunately, they go without noticing your reviews most of the time it seems. And it's safe to say that you are the main provider of the prog rock on sputnik. And indeed, if you had arrived two or three years earlier, you would have known the true community of progheads here.

It would have been pleasant having you to share it all with us. Time is always changing and now prog lies on your shoulders, and we're waiting for your next review to come. You are the missing link between the past and the future of the prog providers here on sputnik.

Cheers bro, and thanks for your contribution.
