This is so much better than Pure Heroine. I'm coming back to this all the time. The stripped down ballads are definitely slightly weaker for me (Liability P.1 and Writer in the dark) but I've even came around to Perfect Places which is definitely a calculated radio-single but it's catchy as fuck.

That's probably where I stand, the majority of this does absolutely nothing for me. It's mostly inoffensive & therefore (by default) better than a lot of pop music, although it is still plagued by those generic sounding pop beats that really irk me for some reason.
Meh, not my thing. I tried.
