I'm not sure if there's any kind of limited run on it or not. Hopefully they'll still be around when you get a little cash in your pocket.

| |
Yeah they're not exactly a big band and not a lot of people are lookin to get their first two. Especially Stars lol

I was thinking the same thing hahaha, I don't really get why early Cursive is so overlooked, or sort of looked down upon. Maybe it's just cause I'm an old head, but early Cursive is some of my favorite Cursive. "The Icebreaker" EP sealed that deal for me.

YES. ICE BREAKER IS SO GOOD OMG. I think people just don't like how whiny Tim sounds on Stars but I dont mind. Storms of Early Summer is just a step below Organ/Hollow tbh. Maybe even higher but I need to return lol. Haven't heard in well over a year.

Hahaha, this back and forth got me going back to their discography. Have you listened to their split with Silver Scooter? Cursive's side has some amazing tracks.
|
| |
Nah that's like the inky thing I haven't heard from them lol. I've heard their split with Eastern Youth and Small Brown Bike though
|

They had the semantics of a song long ways poster at my record store ♥

Me and my buddies call “shallow means deep ends” the kitchen song lmao. Only way to properly describe that track is a BANGER

Huh, album dealt with some pretty intense, heartbreaking things but the actual music didn't really grab me. I def like this style but I felt like it all kinda melded together, this angular mess with no sharp defining qualities like a memorable chorus. Maybe that's part of it's charm idk. Jamming Ugly Organ next

the structure of the music/brash noises is what gave this album staying power for me. I find this very memorable tho, songs like shallow means, the martyr, and hum of the radiator have a ton of replay value
it doesn't have a lot of tonal variety per say, but it totally rocks what it does use. one of my fav lo-fi records
