There's a few scattered bits and pieces of lead guitar in there that does okay, but I'd hardly base an opinion of the album even marginally on any of them.

The lead guitar part on Told You So is very fun to play tbh, also best song on the album by a mile

It’s all about them Hayley vox

Hayley's vox + upbeat atmosphere contrasting the anxiety and exhaustion-filled lyrical themes + rhythmically interesting songs = recipe for success and the band's best album.

I'm a little tired of pop music trying to be sad tbh, if I want sad lyrics I'm gonna want a sad atmosphere imo, and I'll just listen to Brand New Eyes for the 1000th time

This is different from a lot of mainstream pop music, it sounds more authentic in being sad and anxious imo. Also I'm kinda done with 2000s pop punk/emo stuff like this band's old albums so this change in direction is perfect for my listening needs.
