Grudges is easily my least favorite here

I genuinely feel uncomfortable with how much I enjoy this, solid pop album with some funky off the wall abstract riffs and melodies. Very un cookie cutter, which is why I dig it, very quirky.

It’s a much more focused album than their previous efforts. While it lacks a stand out track, it contains a lot of good ideas and a few weaker ones, with its sum being greater than its parts. The interplay between the upbeat music and the crestfallen, self-doubting characters the lyrics portray works really well as it keeps the album from falling into sugary pop territory or despairing doom and gloom.

I honestly don't get how someone would think No Friend is out of place from the rest of the album, it flows almost seamlessly from Idle Worship

i like no friends too, cool experimental moment on an otherwise pretty unadventurous album. digging told you so and rose colored boy but still not leaving that big of an impact on me

No Friends, Grudges, and 26 are worst

26 is best, and might eventually become my favorite Paramore song, if it manages to beat out Misguided Ghosts and Part II

of the three ballads "tell me how" is the most mature and affecting. i don't feel "forgiveness" or "26" add much to the album other than breathing space between the hype tracks
