Title track works really well in the context of the album. As a single I thought the clean vocals were too prevalent, but with the whole thing being so screamy, they were a nice textural shift.

Plus the pure unrelenting nihilism. It's like he really believes it with all of his being.

I got my copy like six days ago, absolutely killer album. Dunno if it beats the Merzbow collab but it rules either way. Band can do no wrong

Love the album, saw these guys w/ The Body back last August. Bliss.

It sounds just as good as their last few if not better, dunno why Ballou's production has become such a point of contention lately. Sure he produces a lot of similar albums but his work is consistently good, very heavy but also very clear. If the band happens to be lackluster, that's not his fault.

I agree albums can sound a little too Ballou lately, but I don't hate it or really mind it. If were ever in a heavy band, he was my dream producer for a while, but now I'd rather get someone else, just cause these days you can so easily tell when Kurt had hands on something.
The Aaron Turner and Nate Newton guest vocal spots were pretty cool. Hearing Nate on the last track actually just made me wonder what Jacob Bannon would have sounded like doing guest vocals on this album.
