this has only gotten better for me over the years, but i have an unhealthy relationship with Coheed music. i'll binge them for a few weeks non-stop and then won't touch em for a long time. it's all nostalgic though

Can't believe the first time I heard it was almost 15 years ago.

If this band wrote nothing but anthems like A Favor House Atlantic they would be my favorite band.

Only song I enjoyed on this one. This was dreadfully boring. I enjoyed their first and third albums though because they had a lot more energy. Not sure if I'm willing to check the rest of their discog out yet.

Might as well check Good Apollo 2 and finish the original stack of albums.
In my opinion, the main thing that the band can really give you now is watching Neverender.

I just looked up Neverender and it looks intriguing. I'll give the fourth album a listen then.

It's one of the best experiences ever getting a friend round and screaming all the lyrics together for 8 hours.
It's more energetic than the album versions of the songs so I think you'll enjoy it more due to that aspect too.

I remember being surprised and initially a little disappoint about how subdued the music is, you kinda have to break into it a little. Now it’s one of the things I love about C&C.

I felt like that with the other of the first four albums, but this one was really immediate for me. I only wish that they would do a remaster akin to what August Burns Red did with Messengers earlier in the year, because the production lacks the punch and depth of the following albums.
