Yeah, Man, Lads are the type of striped polo wearing fuckers go down to a club and shotgun 6 and a half beers before they sexually harass any woman that slips on an ice cube and happens to slide within their 5 foot radius

Run Into the World would be so fucking good if it ended off at the bridge; that last chorus just ruins it

Still love the song, but agreed about Run Into the World.

good album but unlike throw me in the river i dont love every song on this. i also dont hate any song on this, but "song for you", "run into the world", "shine" and "it kills me to have to be alive" stick out to me as songs that dont quite have enuf ideas to them, and consequently feel incomplete.
anyway "25" hits me rlly hard every time. one of wil's best vocal performances on that one.

Yeah, I love what Wil does with his voice on 25 and Passiona. I like this a lot more than Throw Me in the River. Still something about that album as a whole that doesn't quite connect with me like the rest of the catalogue does. Despite it having some of their best songs.

Song For You is my favourite one this ignoring the singles that I heard before hand. I really love the chorus and bridge of that song lyrically.

I keep expecting this album to grow off me eventually, but it doesn't. Such a good fucking record.

I'm all over the place about this album. There are some songs that I like as much as any of their other songs ('Birthdays') and others that I think are rubbish.
On the whole, it's slightly worse than Throw Me In The River just because TMITR had a few more amazing songs (despite also having a heap of average ones). They'll never hit NOGLAM / SAT heights again but they're still a lot of fun live.

It's very close to slipping down a notch. Throw me in the River was better than this by a distance

this one didn't have the staying power that River had.

Throw Me in the River has grown on me, and this has waned a little. (I love both, of course.) Both of them have a few too many kinda average songs IMO. No One Gets Lost is still their most replayable.

agreed. Throw Me in the River was epic but I overplayed it in that 6 months that I don't return to it as much as No one Gets Lost.
|
| |
^pretty much the same feelings about both albums, except that when i do return to river it still hits fuckin hard. i just dont have the impulse to go back to it frequently.

Shine was just released on Spotify as a single, and the band said something's happening today, so I guess a video's being released. Can't wait.
