Well, to me, for an album to be one of my favorites I need to like every track.
Besides, he refers to the highlights as "Good" songs, which is basically implying that he thinks more
than just one or two tracks are bad.

I mean the outstanding tracks are the best in their discography. Still, I can give 5's to an album without liking every track. As long as the other ones are so damn good that 1 is skippable or 1 bad and 1 other might be meh.
