I jammed Prozac and while I think he has a really nice voice his style is not for me. Dug that tremolo guitar though.

At least you gave it a jam! Yeah honestly this is one of my favorite releases of the year so far.

Nice review man, surprised to read that the lyrics feel genuine.

Why some British scene boi turned to American country is beyond me, but whatever makes him happy

Steak listen to Prozac and you'll understand what I mean. This feels like the music that Danny was meant to write.

Jammed Prozac, I wasn't into his singing style at all but I commend him for at least trying, I can how it can be appealing

I listened to Prozac, couldn't get behind it. Then again country has never been my cup of tea so that doesn't surprise me

I read some lyrics to other songs and it seems pretty near and dear to him, so cheers to him for that

@Full and Steak: Yeah even if you don't like it, it's hard to deny that his voice has hella appeal, and that he's a super talented musician.

@Six: You gonna check this album out?

You should check it six, it's got plenty of banjo and booze for the both of us.

I do miss his vocals from Reckless & Relentless tho, now they're so gritty

Reckless and Relentless is a fucking phenomenal album, but that album he basically wrote because he was flat out killing himself in every way possible.

True, but it's still easily my favorite album from Asking Alexandria

Yeah, Reckless and Relentless is definitely the band's best effort. The band interviews from that time period were just as funny too. - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ppZzx1VJIrI

Bryan: "What happened to your finger Danny?"

Ben: "I bit it off cause he gave me the worst handjob I've ever had."

It's an absolute comedic goldmine.

So yeah, this wasn't good.

Not awful though, it could have been a lot worse, but yeah still not good.

The instrumentals were competent enough but the singing sounded kind of affected and the songwriting was pretty bland.

It wasn't offensive for the most part though, basically it just made me want to listen to a better country album instead.
