Newbie to the Blur discography here! Feel like I need a few more listens to this one, the only redeeming songs for me right now are Sing and Birthday. I prefer their dreamier tracks here. Albums not terrible though, just depressingly boring for the most part. Feels like one to listen to on a rainy day for sure!

There’s no other way is definitive 90s. An absolute classic plus Bang is one of the most underrated blur tunes. The band themselves think it’s shite, I’m not having it.

Need to revisit this one, feel like I'd probably appreciate it more now their discography has sunk in. Made the mistake of listening to this first, as it's not super accessible compared to their following albums.

The second half of this is a lot better than I remember (from Sing onwards). Come Together is great, Birthday is killer and Wear Me Down is a really good closer too. Bumped to a 3 because there's still a lot of this that doesn't work for me, personally. It's as good as The Great Escape and Self-titled in my opinion.
