Many of you have been patiently waiting for a new Virvum release, so here's a general update:
The compositions of four new pieces have been completed in the meantime; two of which we already had the pleasure of premiering to a live audience (you might find some footage on yt).
Now, we know that four songs in four years time is not really what one would call productive. On the other hand, it is far from easy to meet the expectations we have towards our own music. We try to dig deep, and that sometimes just takes its time.
It is to say that we are beyond happy with the so far finished material & can't wait to show you what we've been working on all this time.
As soon as some more songs are completed, we are ready to hit the studio and track that second full length. When exactly that is going to be is unknown yet, but rest assured we are putting a massive amount of time and effort every day into making it happen.
Last but not least; What do you expect, or wish to hear on our next record? Any specific elements? Long songs? short songs? Let us know in the comments.
