Album is pretty damn solid.

Nice review. I can't really get into them; it's definitely not bad, just feels a bit boring/by-the-numbers to me, but maybe I'll give it another shot in the next week and something will click.

This is better than expected. Still won't top Fools and Worthless Liars though.

do they still sound like Bruce Springsteen?

I always thought those guys might be "mainstream" in terms of genre but not at all in execution. Their refrains in particular always sound unusual and unexpected, yet still memorable.

wow i'm loving this album so much
wasn't too big on old souls and while not as varied as fools and worthless liars, they have really strong melodies on this

Vocal performance on St. Paul's is stellar. No edits (in the chorus), just pure emotion.

Maybe not better than Fools and Worthless Liars, but I imagine I'll have this on repeat for a good while.

Only track I dislike is 'Sing'. I got a Smashing Pumpkins vibe from it, but then I realised the riff sounds almost identical to their 'Siva' song, doesn't it?
