i think its recommended to not use commas for an instance that is continuing your thought or narrative unless its something something that at least looks like a resemblence of a full sentence... but from what I understand its a super grey area and/or i'm probably talking out my ass. personally i think it looks better without commas but we're just getting picky with perference at that point
