Yeah a listenable a7x hits album is possible. Even with the limits of only COE through hail songs (warner didnt own the WTF and STST stuff), you could still at least pick better songs. Like, they even missed some singles like buried alive and burn it down, and instead put their shitty covers on instead

Buried Alive is one of my favorite A7x songs so that not being on here makes me wanna drop it another .5

This should have been

1. Beast and the Harlot
2. Burn It Down
3. Bat Country
4. Seize the Day
5. Almost Easy
6. Afterlife
7. Nightmare
8. Welcome to the Family
9. Buried Alive
10. So Far Away
11. MIA
12. Save Me
13. A Little Piece of Heaven

Idk if all of this fits on one disc though

"Other than some additional comma abuse the "review" is quite well written. Might have to read some of your other stuff now even though you tend to review albums I despise."

I hope you do man! Also thank you for all the corrections! When I'm home I'll apply them to the review.

"since the inception of the concept of a record label"

Don't like this sentence; too repetitive. Otherwise, great review. Pos

Thank you for the critique! Sorry I haven't been able to apply a lot of the corrections in the thread to the review, I've barely been home lately.

"Did not know that Spec, apologies. Just wouldn't have been surprised if the band was cool with this"

Ya fair enough, they defs like their money don't get me wrong but they despise this release and to be fair it's a dumb selection of songs anyways since it only covers their stuff during the WB era.

Just because you hate a band, it doesn't mean you should applaud when they get shit they don't deserve. Them being bad doesn't warrant this, one bit.

Cover looks eerily similar to Waking the Fallen. I think they're trying to trick people into buying this shit.

Dem evul record labels. srsly tho, anyone who buys this is doing this to themselves, prolly gonna double down for not wanting to regret their purchase

I mean Xfing if you don't take people's careers getting fucked over seriously, then you do you man. But the rest of us recognize this for what it is.

Interesting story in the writeup there - never heard about it. Was probably going to 1 this anyway after looking at the track listing, but now for sure.
