Yeah @DePlazz I don't mind a long track if there is enough going on to keep my attention, like they had in the old days. Totally my opinion here - I think they're trying to do the same thing with cut/paste in the studio but they don't have the benefit of Cliff Burton's musical knowledge like they had then. So it just sounds like one sort of boring riff after another with slight variations.

Yeah Spit Out the Bone is probably the best song they’ve made since Justice but I’d take Death Magnetic over this any day of the week.
