That 3.5, D..... Painful. I'd expect more enthusiasm.

I think her last 3 are perfect. An elixir for chaotic times.

Yes. Her first one is incredible too. This lady can do no wrong.

I'm going to put on her debut next. I think I listened to Fuel to Fire 5 times in a row now, lol.

Oh nice! Her debut is amazing, very tranquil and precise.

Yea, it's better than I thought. But not as expansive or explorative. More straight-edged.

She really kicked into a higher gear starting with Aventine.

Yeah true, it's very subdued and less layered. Still great though!

I like albums #1 and #4 well enough, but #2 and #3 are on another level.

I think 4 is creeping up the ranks for me. It's gorgeous. But yeah, Citizen and Aventine are where it's at. They'll soon get company from Myopia though...

After three or so listens, it feels incredibly front-loaded

Can't Be, Promise Keeper and the closer are incredible to me so I don't really feel that way, but the singles are amazing agreed.

Like I said, I've listened to it but thrice. The deeper cuts will surely reveal themselves to me in time, but slower than the singles did. Having the singles gathered at the front makes for a wonky first few listens

Yeah I never like that either. Not a big fan of singles as a thing anyway.

Not as immediate as her other stuff for me but still nice. I can see it growing too

This or Aventine are my favorite. Hard to choose between them

I find this to be more on the pop side and Aventine more on the classical (well, classical pop ) side

i don't know what it is, but this is not really getting through to me. it's certainly pretty, but my engagement towards it does not go beyond that unfortunately
