I disagree with the characterization that Thugger's lyrical output is subpar. Maybe if you merely go by the whole "bars" aspect of hip hop, but that's such a boring way to look at hip hop. Thugger writes differently, he flows differently. He's lyrically inventive and expressive, something I can't say for most of these weak ass hos on the scene right now.
For the record, I haven't heard this yet but I plan to very soon.

his flow is more conventional on here than any other release and he kills it imo. really channeling like 08 era Weezy in a few songs too. surprised there isn't a title dedicated to him on here
