i think the vocalist perfected his technique here. his performance on Losing Everything was solid but lacking a bit in emotion, in Teenage Haze he upped the emotion but sounded a little weak because of it. i think he found a good middle ground here.

You put the two album covers beside each other and they look nothing alike, but something about just looking at the Departures cover alone, it looks so much like it, especially the thumbnail.
If you don't look at it hard they are both very similar, two kids standing in front of a building with horizontal siding.
