Great review, though I disagree. Dickie Allen is probably the most impressive part of this album, the guy is an absolute monster. Not to say that Kitcher's playing isn't still inhuman and Pickard's playing is still great and much better here too, but it's somewhat expected after the first album. They tried some new, unexpected stuff here though and there was moments where I audible mumbled 'holy fuck', but I can totally understand why it's a love it or hate it thing. Either way the dudes involved all seem like awesome people and they're having fun doing their stuff, and I think that enjoyment translates to the music well, this is a fun album all round.

Deathcore really isn't my thing, seems this album won't change that. Does seem a shame that the members won't use their obvious ability in order to craft better songs but what can you do.

"is this memes?" It's still rather light-hearted compared to every other deathcore out there, but they really mean business here. Understandably, like DatsNotDaMetulz you may view the technicality as "wankery" but I think these guys were able to make the technicality more meaningful by actually being somewhat more serious and getting themselves a new vocalist
