I actually think Spencer's a good vocalist. Sure, he can be a bit whiny when it comes to his cleans, but I can't deny that his harsh vocals are great.

In a lot of the studio updates the band talks about how this record has some of the heaviest, most aggressive shit they've done. So I'm thinking they took things in a dark direction this time.

Nothing truly bad about this record, solid in every category at the very least

Don't know about you guys, but I have a feeling that P4 won't be good. Misha kept saying that it's not heavy and that they are going to lose fans to everybody. The snippets I've heard so far make me think he's right. I feel like Misha is absolutely "over" heavy or technical music.
For context - I really like this one, just as much as all their other albums.
