i don't understand why so many people compare Belakor to Amon Amarth. AA is just generic and boring when compared to it.

I think Amon Amarth stand on the entertainment side of melodeath and that's ok as long as they release good albums which they don't anymore lol. Be'lakor stand on the other side, the proggy/atmospheric/introspective one and that's not ok as long as a band sounds pretentious which Be'lakor doesn't at all. So... blood and hammers are good but melodeath that hammers your head and get the blood circulation going is better.
