I just fucking hate this... Nice melancholic voice? decent songwriting skills? Yea, no, let's fuck this up with horrible production decisions and go down an 'experimental' path that's so middle of the road and inoffensive that makes Bobo Ivi seem like Captain Beefheart over here.

yea, this late trend of 'experimental' production shenanigans with all these popular singer-songwriter pop releases (Bone Iver, Frank Ocean, this) is just not for me at all.

It's a little different in sound, so I'd understand if you liked this more, but it's also very much more focused. But the highlights are just as beautiful as on this album. Hope you love it. :3
