Missing my point. I'm on your side here. Somebody toward the beginning called this "smart rap for dumb people". I don't know a lot of dumb people who casually drop 100% apropos references to 18th century literature into their songs. I feel like most of the people shitting on this record here are just annoyed that they have no idea what the fuck these songs are about. It's only word salad if you don't catch the references. And while it's fine if people don't catch them, talking a bunch of shit about the lyrics says more about them than it does about the lyrics.
