still cant tell if this game is actually good or not
but ive taken up indie games a little bit when they are cheap as fuck on steam. havent played a tonne but here's my run-down of what i've played and maybe you guys will be able to tell if id like it:
Goat Simulator: amazing for about 15 minutes and then never ever again but glad i played it for the novelty
Meat Boy: honestly played like 15 minutes and then got bored too. waste of money tbh.
Pony Island: pretty fucking cool tbh while it lasted but i see no need to ever play it again once you've completed it once
Hotline Miami: basically the greatest game i've ever played in my life
i REALLY want to play the samurai gunn game but its always expensive. gotta get hotline miami 2 as well.
so would i dig this?

I honestly don't know in your case. I mean I guess there are a few thing about it you might find kinda cool and all but I'm not sure. Though I'd be lying if I said that it doesn't get corny at times.
Thankfully it's only $10 on steam so it's not a ridiculous waste if you don't like it.

Hotline Miami is p fun
aspfpf beat me to it
it has zany characters and a very present sense of humor, and is made so almost every character you meet in the game reacts to your decisions you make with other characters. it's pretty linear plotwise and probably takes about 7 hours to run through unless you have to explore every secret and playthrough.

Potsy you might not dig this. The dialogue is pretty childish and not very good. Like people give it a ton of credit because it's a modern video game and 99% of modern video game dialogue is garbage, but it's nothing special
