I wish I could work out more about what 400 Bones is about.

Die Like A Rich Boy has really clicked with me this week, too. Amazing concept and lyrics.

I'm seeing them in Milwaukee on Thursday. I'm driving a stupid distance for it, but I've been waiting for this for five years.

Word of caution, they didn't play Death Dream in London and I'm still a bit miffed about it.

"I wish I could work out more about what 400 Bones is about."

Roughly 200 bones in the human body, 200 bones + 200 bones = 400 bones. 400 bones crumpled in bed = love/sex song

I'd gotten that much, but hearing it and the words "french death", "mausoleum", "cold war" made me think there was more to it. Reading all the lyrics written out is clearer.

Just got back from seeing them a couple hours ago. They didnt play Death Dream. I was expecting them not to considering others were saying they werent playing that song, but at the same time it doesnt make sense to me. It was their first single from the album. still very glad i went to see them though, they were great.

This reminds me of if Foals was still good. Digging I Wish I Was Sober, Still Want to Be Here, An Otherwise Disappointing Life on the first few listens. Seems very similar to Pedestrian Verse.

Got back from seeing them at the Pabst. It was so good you guys. It was everything I could have dreamed of. Could they have played something old or more obscure? Yeah, sure, but what they did play was excellent.

What?

"Wait till the Morning" and "The Wreck" are among the best songs, I dunno why they decided to make them Bonus Tracks.

Scott did a solo acoustic cover of Purple Rain at the Minneapolis show. Awesome gig.
