I came here, not knowing much about Creed, looking for some insightful information on their popular debut. Buuuut....
TL;DR
7 Mary 3 > Scott Stapp

The fact that someone felt it was necessary to write this much about Creed is rather disconcerting.

Everything > Scott Stapp

Unlike other people, I haven't heard this band at all. Being born in 1994, I started listening to music seriously around 2006 and of course was aware of hits around 2004 (when American Idiot was all the rage). Hell I didn't know about Nickelback until 2007 through a little "research."
With that said, I found the review to be excellent. Was it long? Yeah, sure, but let's be honest. If you're gonna give Creed (who, apparently, suck, but I'm not going to judge them as my only impression of them is via Alter Bridge, which is pretty much positive) a high rating, you need more evidence to support your claim.

No matter how much I hate this band and Stapp, the title track is a classic 90s alternative rock/post-grunge single. Used to dig this album quite a bit when it came out. Of course I was in elementary school then.
