Yeah I like "Poisonous Shadows" best.

Still enjoy spinning this a lot. The first four tracks, Poisonous Shadows and Conquer Or Die all riff damn hard. Weakest point here is the production... Again it's way too compressed (even the vinyl version) so that many details are just swallowed which makes it hard to fully grasp all nuances. This surely doesn't do the album justice as a whole.

Ok, I just realized this might sound a bit fanboyish but I really dig this one a lot :]

This album is very over hyped. It's not near as awesome as Endgame but it has some good aomgs

Metallica releasing a better record than Megadeth in 2016...what a time to be alive.

It's interesting how different perceptions of the same album can be... Hardwired bores me quite a bit tbh.

I also disagree, but it shouldn't be surprising if you do think Hardwired is better. Megadeth has released four albums since Death Magnetic. I'm a big Metallica guy, but Megadeth has clearly won the revival battle.

strongly disagree

if this 'revival battle' is based on hardwired vs dystopia, then metallica won by a little bit for me.

I just mean the revival of thrash from the past 10 or so years.
