Shitpop masquerading as soulful crooning. I have not heard a song of hers that I've liked.

Yeah, she's got a good voice. But every song sounds nearly identical. Her drawn-out melodramatic voice over sparse, generic music (see: piano) for 3 minutes. Rinse and repeat.

I'm not saying anything particularly unique here, but she's sold that many because it's simple, pandering music. The masses who readily accept awful top-40 garbage eat it up. She, or her manager, is doing something right financially. As an artist, she falls flat at every opportunity.
