I honestly don't care for the instrumentals here, either. I dislike anything reminiscent of "djent" (i.e. pseudo-meshuggahcore). But yeah, vox and lyrics are kinda meh.

It's the type of music I don't care about when it's in the background bot nothing I'd ever willingly spent my time listening.

This is alright. Wish the vocalist wasn't so monotone with his harsh vocals. His cleans don't really move me either. The guitarwork on here is great though.

Love the guitar riffs in this album from songs like "Antares", "Voyager", and "The Lichtenberg Figure". Inspires me to pick up the guitar again! Super uplifting.

Ya the riffs are good but the vox are a lil too meh. They need a little edge to them

Riffs are good and the vocals are pretty different from what the genre generally has to offer. Not as much vocal wankery in the cleans, strong melodies and the harshes are more rhythmic to the point of being almost rapped. It's a relatively (by genre standards) unique sound.

I like this album but find that the best songs are hilariously the ones off of their EP. I wish they would keep with that almost jumpy sound they had on the EP
