"Their equally harmonious and ferocious melodic metalcore output has been quite consistent whether considered in terms of album to album or song to song. Deep Blue had been the nearest the band has come"
Come to what? I know you mean Deep Blue is the closest to being a bad album, But you were talking about consistency, not mediocrity. There needs to be a transition between talking about consistency and talking about mediocrity. I think it would be better like "Until now, they haven't made a bad album, Deep Blue being nearest the band has come."

How did anyone think this would be good...? Deep Blue, a mediocre album, sounds transgressive next to this.

Okay, I tried to go into this with an open mind as I've enjoyed all of Parkway's work thus far.

But what in the blue hell is "Writings On The Wall?" This is just awkward.

This is totally 2.0 worthy. The fact that PWD has dropped 2 duds in a row now is kinda concerning.

I thought Atlas was okay, and it was better than this. But yeah, I don't know if they're ever going to be able to top/meet the quality of Horizons or KWAS
