Album is kind of experimental art rock, without any hi hats nor cymbals. On the other hand, it contains some noise samplers and new wave, pop flavor. ''And Through The Wire'' is the only let down song in here imo, but it's not too bad either.

Gabriel cannot do wrong through all his LPs. It's easily one of my favorite artist.

Yeah So is consistantly good, and it's easier to get into. It's kinda more accessible. You've just said it, you need to give Melt another chance.

Just picked this up on vinyl from my local used music/ bookstore the other night and listened to it for the first time. There's some really cool stuff on this but man... that back half is wild.
