That's true, sure. But I don't see BM as a genre where there will be any kind of cultural revolution. It's not like these bands do much touring or anything. I do like that she's there, and like I said I enjoy the album, but I don't think even if the album was mindblowing it would spark some shift of the tides.

idk, BM is actually pretty female-friendly, weirdly enough. It's mostly all European women that I see comment on bm, but still, there's a surprising amount of women that dig this stuff.

That would appear to be trve. Although as far as I can remember I've generally seen pretty "even" crowds at metal concerts.
