I think this album was lacking on the execution front, but their sound is really interesting. I can definitely see them doing something really good in the future

the combination of the soul vox and the post-punk/industrial is fucking beautiful

gets tired towards the end and not all the melodies are consistently original but the vocalist is very powerful and this does a good job of setting an atmosphere. can only take so many handclaps and distant cymbals tho lol
