I might actually prefer this to their debut

NonApplicable is right. This is certainly a tamer version of their debut. They lost their punkish attitude. Still many solid tunes on this one.

After more than a couple spins, I think this is a excellent effort. Maybe the rawness of their debut is missing here, but the energy still the same. For me is necessary fresh sound like this today.

Excellent stuff, I really enjoyed this album from start to finish. There's a really consistent, eccentric sound throughout which never gets stale or stagnates, and the guitar tone was one of the things which produced that effect. Very diverse and energetic songwriting, my particular highlights would be "American Mirrors", "MK Ultra" and "Rich Gift".

I made a mistake in not checking this out until today, because this goes pretty damn hard.

Four years after their exciting self-titled debut release, unique English quartet Turbowolf return with their 2nd LP 'Two Hands'. Containing more of their genre-bending sound, the band (relatively) reigns in their unpredictable histrionics here, with the production occasionally feeling a little too muted for the band's raucous energy. Thankfully, the humongous riffs of many tracks still break through on what remains a fun & diverse LP. So, while the album may be a step down from their debut, these tunes will undoubtedly go down a treat live. Recommended Tracks: Twelve Houses, Solid Gold, Good Hand & Rabbits Foot.

Better than the debut for me, better vocals and way more highlights. "Rabbit's Foot" is a total banger. Production bothers me too a little sometimes, though.
