Just by the notion of calling them filler means they shouldn't be on there. I'm not ignoring them just because they're shorter than the other tracks. Also I'd only call one track a 'filler' interlude and that's Lipan.

You can have the best lyrics in the world but when the song is that boring to listen to I struggle care. Also note I haven't listened to this album in like 6 years so my opinion is pretty outdated.
