this is almost at family jewels-level for me tbh but i think the one thing that seperates them is that family jewels has that sense of vulnaribility and fragility in some places which make it really personal

I'm so in love with this. Started to get into Marina's music a few weeks ago and thought Electra Heart were the best, but I start to like this more.



'I'm A Ruin' makes me so sad for some reason, I don't mean melancholic, I would really feel very bad if I wouldn't listen to the next songs after it.

Yeah this isn't as immediate is Electra Heart but both are great albums in different ways. This one goes a bit deeper and has more staying power, and I listen to it more overall, but returning to Electra Heart is still fun as hell every once in a while.
