That chorus on Gravity Lies is very reminiscent to Shadows. Definitely one of the best songs on here.

I feel like there are just some ideas on here that just don't work and that they focused too hard on recapturing their "glory days."

Also, 'Take Me Over' is a complete ripoff of Linkin Park's 'In My Remains'

Shadows was so obviously a Breaking Benjamin song once

it really is one of their best songs tho

^ you do know Ben co-wrote that song so yeah. Red's former guitariest Jason Rauch is now in BB which is like the most no-brainer decision ever since he co-wrote many BB songs especially on Dear Agony.

well i&i was my favorite album when i was 15 but now? ehh, i'm not even sure i'd give it a 3.5. not that it's bad or anything but it fit me in a different stage of my life. i might check this out for nostalgia or whatever but i dunno, i hardly listen to new music anymore.

while you're here, i've always wanted to say that your when you're through thinking, say yes review will always be one of my favorites on this site. don't think we interacted much besides when you tried to explain to me what you meant by three days grace having anticlimactic choruses (seriously LOL) so i thought i'd let you know.

@skoopy, alright, for the sake of 15 y/o me, i'll give this a real spin some time, hopefully this weekend if i can make time during midterm season. i try to avoid nostalgic things as i'm an overly-nostalgic person to begin with and i don't need an impetus but my curiosity is getting the better of me.

I pretty much love Red but I absolutely hated Release the Panic. I'll check this out but I'll never buy another one of their albums again without listening to it first.

Yea I&I was one of my favourite albums of all time back when it came out, but honestly I'd probably hate it if I heard it for the first time now, I'm pretty much done with this band.
