This is arguably their second best, with the first position going rightfully to their debut. The Hagar era is material of subpar quality for me personally. Not so much cause there's a new singer. The band sounds kinda tired and dry on the inspiration department. Even their lives were not that good in the late 80's.

5150 and F.U.C.K. are killer records and OU812 also has some sweet jams. The Hagar era is way better than its reputation I think but it surely lacks the fun and raw energy of their first releases.
